A fourth-generation family orchard turned winery, Deep Roots is perched high on the Bench, offering some of the most dramatic elevation-based views in the valley and exceptionally clean, fruit-forward wines.

Welcoming and family-oriented. The Hardman family has been farming this land for over 100 years, and that heritage shines through in their humble but expert approach to hospitality.
The Experience
A tasting at Deep Roots feels personal. The shop is modern and bright, but the outdoor space is where the magic happens, overlooking the 'clay banks' and the lake below.
The Wine
The Syrah is a consistent award-winner, but don't skip their Gamay or the 'Parentage' red blend. Their whites are known for being exceptionally crisp and true to the fruit.

Because of their higher elevation, their wines often have a distinct freshness and acidity that sets them apart from the wineries located further down the slope.
