Ryan was extremely courteous but also very friendly and put us all in a great mood at the very start of the day! He was also very knowledgeable, not only about wine, but about the local area... We were laughing most of the day, not just from the wine, but from being entertained by Ryan! He was engaged with us, asked questions to find out exactly what we wanted out of the tour and also just to genuinely get to know us on a more personal level.
