The Wine
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are at the heart of Solvero’s story. The estate’s first Pinot Noir vines were planted in 2016, followed by Chardonnay in 2017.
The Garnet Valley vineyard combines steep slopes with glacial soils containing sand, gravel, rock and loam. Solvero’s approach responds to the conditions of each season, with careful farming and biodiversity guiding decisions in the vineyard.
