The Vibe

Summerland Heritage Cider strikes the perfect balance between modern design and rustic farm charm. The Cider Barn is a striking structure that feels airy and open, while the back patio offers a peaceful retreat with views of the orchard and the valley. It’s a community-centric space where you’ll find locals catching up over a flight and visitors soaking in the quiet beauty of the Trout Creek neighborhood.

The Experience

This is more than just a quick tasting stop. With "The Crick" coffee shop adjacent and a menu of hot paninis and snacks, it’s a place to linger. You can enjoy a flight of their six main blends or try one of the small-batch seasonal releases on tap. The staff are often family members who can tell you exactly which trees the apples in your glass came from. It’s an authentic, high-quality farm experience that feels like the heart of Summerland.

The Cider

They take pride in using European cider-specific apples alongside local dessert varieties to create complex, well-balanced ciders. Their flagship "Tuesday’s Original" is a semi-dry favourite, but their fruit-infused options (like the Pear or Cherry) are equally popular. The cider is hand-crafted on-site, ensuring a freshness and quality that reflects their 35 years of orchardist experience.
